Independent private sale. BahrainFort.com is a privately owned domain name offered for sale. No endorsement, sponsorship, or association is implied.
The sale covers the domain name BahrainFort.com only. It does not include a business, trademark, company, website content license, social media account, approval, permit, hosting account, email account, or any intellectual property owned by third parties.
The listed asking price is $15,000 USD, payable through PayPal unless we agree otherwise in writing. Any bank, PayPal, currency conversion, tax, or registrar transfer fees are the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
After cleared payment and verification of buyer details, we will begin the domain transfer process within 24 hours. Transfer may be completed by registrar push, authorization code, or another registrar-approved transfer method.
If we cannot transfer the domain after receiving cleared payment, the buyer will receive a refund. Once the domain has been pushed, transferred, or otherwise placed under the buyer's control, the sale is final unless required by law or agreed in writing.
The buyer is responsible for checking whether their intended use of the domain complies with applicable laws, trademark rights, advertising rules, registrar policies, and any other third-party rights. We do not guarantee that the buyer's future use of the domain will be approved for any specific business, brand, campaign, search ranking, or intended purpose.
Nothing in this sale grants rights to use any third-party trademark, protected identity, copyrighted content, or confusingly similar branding. The buyer must not use the domain in a way that falsely suggests endorsement, sponsorship, or association.
Search-volume, market, valuation, and transfer-time statements on this website are provided as good-faith marketing information, not guarantees. Buyers should perform their own due diligence before purchase.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the domain. We are not liable for lost profits, lost traffic, loss of business, registrar delays, payment-provider delays, search-engine ranking changes, or claims arising from the buyer's later use of the domain.
Domain-name disputes may also be subject to applicable registrar policies, including ICANN policies for .com domains. If a dispute arises, both parties should first try to resolve it in good faith by email.
